Strongman Sandbag, Empty, Fillable Up to 23 kg, Nylon, Inner Filling Bag

Strongman sandbag for strength and functional training, supplied empty so you fill it to the load you need – up to approx. 23 kg. Built for working with a large, irregular load, it suits lifting from the floor, shoulder loading, carrying, squats, clean-and-press movements and throws over a bar. A nylon outer section and an inner filling bag with hook-and-loop closure keep preparation simple.

Because the load moves inside the bag, every rep asks for control throughout the movement – something a fixed barbell rarely demands. Start with a lighter fill and add material gradually as you get stronger, staying within the approx. 23 kg maximum of this variant. Please note that the bag is delivered empty and filling material is not included. Empty dimensions are 40 × 40 × 10 cm, and the bag comes with a 24-month warranty. Add it to your home gym or training space and bring Strongman-style loading into your routine.
