Adjustable Weighted Vest, 20-32 lb, 6 Iron Weights, Reflective Stripes

Adjustable weighted vest adds scalable resistance to boost strength, endurance, and calorie burn without changing your routine. Dial in 20–32 lb with six removable iron-pellet weight bags, then lock in a secure fit with adjustable buckle straps and padded shoulders. Breathable neoprene stays comfortable through running, jogging, hiking, and strength training, while reflective stripes help keep you visible in low light and a mesh pocket keeps essentials close.

Build intensity into bodyweight workouts, stair climbs, rucks, and distance runs—without bulky hand weights. Adjustable straps help the vest stay close to the torso to reduce bounce, so you can focus on form and pacing. Double-stitched construction is designed to keep the filler contained through repeated sessions. If you want a single piece of training gear that transitions from cardio to strength work and supports both men and women, grab yours today and start progressing one weight step at a time.
