Delivery takes 5–14 working days.
Shipping to Czechia is free, with no minimum order value. The goods move within the European Union, so you do not pay customs duties or import charges.
Withdrawal within 14 days
You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days under section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, Act No. 89/2012 Coll. The period starts on the day after you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods.
How to notify us
Send your withdrawal notice to info@bluemall.ch before the period ends. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. Including your order number helps us process your request.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including delivery charges up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
Returning goods and costs
For statutory withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before it expires.
Return goods to JTI Ventures AB, Andesitgatan 6, 254 68 Helsingborg, Sweden. We will email the return instructions after receiving your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct cost of returning goods to Sweden. The return takes place within the EU and is not subject to customs duties or import charges. In-person returns are not available.
Exceptions
Exceptions to withdrawal include sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken, and goods made or altered to your specifications.

Our additional 30-day return offer
In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we offer a voluntary return option up to 30 days after receipt. For this additional offer, goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Notify us by email at info@bluemall.ch before returning them. You pay the return postage to Sweden. After receiving the returned goods, we refund the amount paid for those goods.
These conditions apply only to the additional 30-day offer. They do not condition or limit your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Faulty goods and complaints
You can exercise rights for defects that become apparent within 24 months of receipt under section 2165 of the Czech Civil Code. If a defect appears within the first 12 months, the goods are presumed to have been defective on receipt. These are statutory rights.
How we handle complaints
Report a defect to info@bluemall.ch, stating your order number, the defect and the remedy you request. Photos can help us assess it. We send written confirmation by email showing the complaint date, its content and your requested remedy. We will resolve the complaint and tell you the outcome no later than 30 days after it was submitted. If that period passes without resolution, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot settle a consumer dispute with you, you can apply to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) for out-of-court dispute resolution. Information is available at coi.gov.cz; applications can be submitted at adr.coi.cz.
Your statutory rights
These terms do not affect rights granted by mandatory Czech consumer law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Those rights always take precedence over these terms. Contact info@bluemall.ch if you have questions.
